We want you to love your Posie® or Poser®. If there is an issue when it arrives, please get in touch within 10 days of receiving it. Like clothes and shoes, it must be returned in new condition, in the state you received it (unwashed and unworn).
Why? Because Posie®'s and Poser®'s are like baby ducks, imprinting on you. They mold and stretch to the shape of your body. Once you've worn one, it's like it's been made just for you.
